Our Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG displays an intense ruby red colour with purple hues. On the nose, it boasts typical ripe fruit aromas, cherry and jam. The body is warm, elegant and full, with a long finish.

Corvinone leads the blend, alongside Corvina and Rondinella, sourced from the vineyard “Il Bosco” in Castelrotto. Initially treated with the “appassimento” technique, they are first aged in stainless steel and then in barrique and tonneaux barrels before undergoing bottle ageing.
