Abundant spring rains and summer hailstorms marked the 2023 vintage. However, thanks to the great vegetative development of the vines, the grapes were in perfect health at harvest, with a degree of minerality and freshness guaranteed by the not-excessively-hot weather. The Garganega harvest took place at the beginning of September, while the Chardonnay harvest began in mid-August.
Bianco Garda Centofilari 2023’s bouquet shows off on the nose with tropical and citrus notes, as well as white flowers. It introduces itself to the mouth with well-presented and well-defined acidity with notes of flavour and freshness that complete the drink.
