Pinot Grigio Garda DOC Centofilari 2023

100% Pinot Grigio sourced from selected vineyards in the Peschiera del Garda area, whose soil is characterised by its silty limestone conformation: properties that lend freshness, drinkability, and fruit exaltation.

“Abundant spring rains and summer hailstorms marked the 2023 vintage. However, thanks to the great vegetative development of the vines, the grapes were in perfect health at harvest, with a degree of minerality and freshness guaranteed by the not-excessively-hot weather. The harvest for the Pinot Grigio took place at the end of August.

On the nose, Pinot Grigio Garda Centofilari 2023 displays bursting notes of white fruit, such as pear, apple, and banana. On the palate – acidity and savouriness combine to balance body and structure.”
