This vintage’s Autumn alternated rain and dry periods. Winter was snowy, with a heat peak in December. February was milder, while March was rainy with snow above 1,500 meters. Spring was cold and rainy, with warmer days in late April. May was particularly rainy, while Summer started hot, becoming rainy and cooler in July, with intense heat at the end of August.
In appearance, Soave Classico Cesari displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses a persistent bouquet of ripe fruit and hawthorn, while on the palate it is dry, delicate, and has a pleasant structure and persistence.
